Who I am?
Hi, I'm Thereza from Laguna. 33 years old, I have only one daughter and I am an Entrepreneur. I ran an online business selling beauty products while also managing tasks at our family business, Therezandrea Garden has been providing landscaping supplies and materials since 2013. In 2018, we closed our business and moved abroad. When the pandemic hit,I returned to online business, this time focusing on selling stuffed toys and gifts. I have been growing my e-commerce business since 2020. My responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, managing finances, handling administrative tasks, running Facebook ads, and doing basic graphics in my free time.Now I am doing social media management and a Lead Generation Expert, with a strong background in customer service, I can answer customers’ queries through chat and email.
